Santa Claus Village in arctic circle is the home of the king of Christmas, Santa! It is located in Rovaniemi and was a bit far away from our cottages. We got to see Santas house as well as reindeers. After walking through the village and looking into all the souvenir shops we went to a restaurant next to the village and got ourselves a big burger to keep our tummies happy.
Warming ourselves up and getting ready for another short walk through the village before we got to the bus again and went back to the cottages.
It was a short but nice stop at the village, where you even have the chance to see Santa and write him a card.
The queue to see Santa was a bit too long for our impatience selves, for that reason we rather went to eat something :D but if you wanna see Santa doing his job in the arctic keeping everyone happy for Christmas, go for it and thank him!
